The point of the cleanse and detox is to let your body rest, heal, and purge itself from toxins. BUT you can workout if you choose. If you choose to workout, we recommend that you increase your intake of lemonade by adding 3 more glasses. Working out burns calories and for the cleanse, you are extremely low cal so you have to be careful. By adding the lemonade, it will give you more calories/energy to workout. Note: This is more advanced. And is not recommended for most people.
