Thanks for reading my newsletters! I know all of the emails and workout plans can get confusing, but I'm a huge advocate of switching up training protocols. I usually switch mine every 6 weeks since our muscles and body adapt to everything. So it's a good idea to switch things up. I also understand that not every program works for everyone and that if my program stops working, or if someone is looking for something more advanced, I want to be sure to help them find that, so that is why I give so many different choices. I personally know and deal with the creators on a regular basis so I know the high quality that each of these programs offer, since I have done a lot of them myself. Needless to say, a lot of research has gone into everything I recommend for you.
