After the first 4 weeks, we recommend that you continue to do the Structured Eating schedule. Also keep in mind that the average weight loss per week is around 5 to 6 pounds. You will lose more on the weeks that you do the raw diet and cleanse, and then less on the weeks you do structured eating. This weight loss plan is done in conjunction with the Advanced workouts.
